You’re the one who remembers, plans, notices, fixes and finishes. For everyone. You’re good at it. You were probably rewarded for it your whole life.
But somewhere in there, the things that made you you (your work, your ideas, your friends, the fun parts) became optional.
You love your family. Your life, on paper, is good. And you’re tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.
You don’t need to go back to who you were before kids. You’d just like to feel like a person with a life of her own again.
That starts with making room.
〰
We start with the woman you’re becoming, in your own words. Not who you were before kids, and not some perfect version. The one who isn’t carrying everything. Then we look honestly at what’s been getting in her way.
You pick a few things to hand over, drop, or ask for differently, and you try them at home. Small experiments, not a life overhaul. We check in along the way.
We look at what changed and what you want to keep. You leave with a simple 30-day plan you can actually live with.

“After just three sessions, I stopped feeling guilty for taking care of myself. Now I actually schedule it in, because I know the kind of person I want to be when I pick up my kids.”
Kristie, business owner and mom of two
“It was life-changing and so worth it.”

You’ve been telling yourself it’ll get easier after the next thing: the school year, the work project, the holidays. And you’re starting to realise it won’t, unless something changes.
You’re the one in your house who remembers, reminds, repeats and finishes.
You have a partner who helps, and you’re still the manager of everything.
You want more than a tidier calendar. You want room for yourself again.
You want me to fix your partner. I can’t. What changes is what you ask for, and how.

I’m Leannah. I spent ten years in tech, built a coaching business, lived in Bali for eight years, and then became a mom and moved to Portugal. Slowly my days turned into drop-offs, groceries, laundry, and me remembering everything for everyone. I was existing, not living.
I’m good at systems, which was the annoying part. I still couldn’t organise my way out of it. What changed things was looking honestly at what I was carrying, a real conversation with my husband, and finally asking myself what I actually wanted now.
I’ve been coaching women for eleven years. This is the work I do now.

I barely have time for myself. How much time does this take?
Three 60-minute sessions over six weeks. Most of the work happens in how you live between sessions, not in homework.
How is this different from therapy?
Coaching focuses on now and what’s next, with a clear outcome in six weeks. If you’re looking for diagnosis or treatment, or your main goal is healing trauma, a therapist is the right support.
Do I need a partner for this to work?
No. Some of what you hand back goes to a partner, but it can just as easily go to your kids, your work, or nobody at all.
Can I pay in two parts?
Yes: two payments of €310, a month apart.
